The difference between the product managers, the project manager, the product owner, and the scrum master
One of the events that occurred with the advancement of technology in the world is full of new job titles, which is unfamiliar for many people. For example, many people do not know what Product Manager – Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master.
Whether these job titles are different or merely new titles for a job? If you also have these questions, you need to know that this question is a lot of people, and you are not alone. Even I want to go beyond a step and say that if someone has been working with people with high job titles, for example, the product manager, and is familiar with the product manager’s job description, it may enter a new company. And see that the product manager of the new company works completely different from the company’s product manager! And again, how does the product manager do?

what is Scrum?

How does the Scrum team make up
In the Scrum team, like the standard methods and methodologies, the role of a project manager is not defined as an independent role in this framework. Why do we not have this role in this framework? Because Scrum teams are self-organized and prospects. Instead of being managed by another person from outside the team, they choose the best way to do the job. As a result, units have all the deserves necessary to work without depending outside the group.
Therefore, equating Project Manager with Scrum Master or Product owner is incorrect in the scrum framework; the Project Manager tasks are covered and divided by the three leading roles in the Scrum team. The first important point is to know that the PO product owner, contrary to public impression, is a job title. May the question ask: to optimize product value means what? In short, this statement implies that the product owner in two ways helps not make the product development team.

The first way – the wrong tasks: It takes a long time for the development team to notice the defined schemes and have had their harvest. And based on the same mistake, the code has been coded, and when the task has been taught, the new PO realizes that the duty is not in the form of a product manager elsewhere. Or the owner of the product, at meetings writing tasks, did not understand the order of the product manager properly. Based on my supporter, I wrote wrong assignments, and the final developed product will be faulty with the demands of shareholders.
The second way – the right tasks at the wrong time: Consider that the team development has a user login duty. This task is the correct and necessary task. But if the product owner decides to develop the user’s entry task to the user panel instead of the first phases in Phase 10? Then, we can not deliver any products to the shareholders until the end of Phase 10 because simply, the user can not log in to our service! Therefore, if the timing of the tasks is not correct, the development team is working on mistakes, which is contradictory by maximizing the value of the output of each phase.
Do the tasks make the product manager to PO or write himself?
If we have a product manager, they (product manager and product owner) develop both tasks. The product manager explained its desires, and PO tasked them in Beck back after ensuring the correct understanding of the demands. The role of the product owner is that if the product manager has improper and unrealistic demands, with the explanation and consultation, preventing unnecessary and wrong tasks to the product production process.
If we do not have a product manager, the product owner categorizes the tasks based on the demands of shareholders and product documentation.

The question that may arise is whether the product owner can only be in the above positions? No. These are the more common options of society; otherwise, the only significant relationship is the relationship between the product owner and the development team. The product owner can communicate with different sections and the development team depending on the organization: the development team and product manager.
Unlike its dubious name, the product owner is not the project sponsor, business owner, or idea owner. Instead, he is a member of the product team. The product owner is the owner of the backlog, and the word owner refers to the ownership of the backlog, not the right of the product.
The product owner has two primary responsibilities
