One of the events that occurred with the advancement of technology in the world is full of new job titles, which is unfamiliar for many people. For example, many people do not know what Product Manager – Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master.

Whether these job titles are different or merely new titles for a job? If you also have these questions, you need to know that this question is a lot of people, and you are not alone. Even I want to go beyond a step and say that if someone has been working with people with high job titles, for example, the product manager, and is familiar with the product manager’s job description, it may enter a new company. In the Scrum team, like the standard methods and methodologies, the role of a project manager is not defined as an independent role in this framework. Why do we not have this role in this framework? The first important point is to know that the PO product owner, contrary to public impression, is a job title. Therefore, if the timing of the tasks is not correct, the development team is working on mistakes, which is contradictory by maximizing the value of the output of each phase.

Do the tasks make the product manager to PO or write himself?

If we have a product manager, they (product manager and product owner) develop both tasks.
